BIUBAY – Unique ultra-luxury beachfront development in Guadalobón, Estepona
BIUBAY is a new beachfront development in Guadalobón, Estepona, consisting of just ten apartments with three- and four-bedroom layouts. Located directly on the beach, the homes enjoy views of the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar and the Moroccan coastline. The development has direct access to the beach promenade and is a short drive from Estepona Marina and the town centre.
Designed to maximise natural light, the suites at Biubay feature large windows, open-plan layouts, and a south-facing orientation. The open-plan living and dining areas connect directly to the terraces, making them part of the living space. The kitchens are high-end and fitted with Gaggenau appliances. Each home also has a separate kitchen for a private chef and a wine cellar.
Pedro Peña designed the interiors with a focus on natural textures and quality materials rather than overly decorative finishes. Wood, natural stone and large-format porcelain are used to create a modern look.
A standout feature of BIUBAY is its large terraces, spanning over 20 metres in length. Designed to keep sea views at the forefront, these outdoor spaces are ideal for dining, lounging, and relaxing.
Residents will have access to landscaped communal gardens featuring an outdoor pool that will provide beautiful views of the sea. Additional amenities include an indoor heated pool, a steam room, a sauna, and a fully equipped gym. For entertainment and leisure, the development will offer a social club with a bar and billiards, alongside a game room, cinema room, and golf simulator.
Despite its beachfront location, BIUBAY is well connected to the rest of the coast. Estepona Marina is a short drive away, while Puerto Banús is approximately 15 to 20 minutes away and Marbella is around a 25-minute drive away, depending on traffic. Sotogrande, Gibraltar and Málaga can also be reached by road from Biubay.
BIUBAY is currently under construction, following a start in March 2026, and is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2028, with delivery in the fourth quarter of 2028. With only ten homes, spacious interiors, high-end amenities and large sea-facing terraces, BIUBAY offers the perfect beachfront apartment living in Estepona.
