Briefing

We limit the number of clients we take on to make sure we can pay a high level of attention to every search, all of which start with a description of what you’re looking for. You can complete our Basic Research Brief or, if you already know your specific requirements, either call or join us at one of our regular gatherings.

Viewing

We’ll take some days over compiling a shortlist of suitable properties that are either openly on the market or known to us through privileged contacts. We arrange viewings to suit you, and accompany you on every visit to provide advice and hear your feedback.

Reporting

We continue searching, updating you regularly and checking your brief hasn’t changed until we find your special combination of location, property and price. This may take days, weeks or months – but you can always be certain that we’re working on your behalf.

Contacts

Our contacts with estate agents, developers and private vendors are second to none. They know our clients are serious about buying and will often use us to sell properties before they come on to the market. This gives us a constant flow of property information, cutting out an immense amount of research time, which keeps you ahead of other buyers.

Resources

We don’t rely on estate agents alone. In addition, we:

1. Search press and internet for private and agent sales
2. Use mail shots in the best areas
3. Research new schemes and refurbishments
4. Network with developers and private owners

Visiting the region

We can provide tours of the region to give existing and potential clients a feel for the amenities, property prices, styles and advantages of each area.
