Investment
An important part of our job is to provide you the best return on equity with the least risk. We help you maximise the yield, rentability, quality of tenant, saleability and capital gain – not just by finding the right property, but also the management company that will successfully market it to the best tenants for maximised rental income and reduced costs.
Negotiation
Negotiation is one of our main areas of expertise, often saving our clients considerable sums. We know market conditions and values intimately, enabling us always to push for the best value.
There are various ways of doing business with us. We usually get paid by the person or company selling - not you. However, if you don't like us being paid by the seller, we can offer alternative arrangements - just ask! Whatever happens - we ensure you have the right deal.
Completion
If required we can continue to oversee the process after the deal is confirmed, instructing solicitors, organising surveys, finalising finance and more. In addition, we stay in almost daily contact with all parties, minimising any inconvenience to you, reporting regularly and – most important – seeking to ensure that the process is completed within your timescale.
Moving
Even after completion, there’s still much for us to do: transferring utilities into your name, notifying the local authority, collecting keys and more. What’s more, possibly under a separate agreement, we can advise or help with removals, planning, renovation and refurbishment, and any architectural or interior design you may want.
